Socks and trampoline shoes must be plain white with no logos or writing. No jewellery is allowed at competitions, long hair must be tied back. No glitter hair spray is allowed.

We need volunteers to Marshall and Record in order to allow us to compete. We split into ½ day roles to reduce the commitment and hopefully allow parents to watch their children compete.
When & Where:
The Open & Regional Competition Season runs from September to June. We are in the Eastern Region of British Gymnastics. This means competitions can be anywhere in East Anglia. Some examples are:
The National Competition Season runs from January to June with the Final in July. These are for national competitors and as such are all over the UK. Some examples are:
Typical Day:
At EVERY competition there is an obligation for competing clubs to provide a number of qualified judges, the number required is proportional to the number of club competitors entering. For every 3 competitors we must supply a judge/official. You do not need to be a coach to be able to judge, just be willing to represent the club. Without qualified judges, we cannot take part in trampolining competitions.
There are four domestic trampoline judging levels:
Club Judge (regional competitions)
Eligibility:
Anyone over the age of 14 years old. For all judging courses it is the club’s responsibility to train all candidates in the recognition of skills up to and including somersaults in all shapes. Candidates must have a background knowledge of competitions and the roles involved.
What to Expect:
An informative course that introduces learners to judging Trampoline. You will be taught the basic rules of trampoline competition, how to calculate scores and be able to judge routines for horizontal displacement and execution (up to 7.0 difficulty).
Delivery Method:
Two virtual tutor-led sessions (3hrs each) and a live virtual assessment (approx. 2hrs). There will be approximately two weeks between the course dates and assessment date to allow you to practise and reflect on the course material. You must attend all sessions in full.
